Alliance Homes demonstrates that owning a new home doesn’t have to be a cookie-cutter experience.

“We’re hands-on, so when you’re working with Alliance, you’re working with a boss,” said John Kirkenir, who owns Alliance Homes with his partner, Ed Crowley. “We like to work with people to create the home that’s right for them. If it’s practical, we can do it.”
Kirkenir and Crowley also pride themselves on quality materials, construction, and techniques. Kirkenir says their standards are higher than the competition’s, so items such as stone fronts, and upgraded cabinets and windows, are the norm.
“We build at a better quality level than what you’d tend to get from a big chain. And we’re reasonably priced,” he added. Kirkenir estimates they’ve completed nearly 800 homes in the last 13 years. Alliance Homes began building in central New Jersey, and now offers wonderful communities throughout the area, including Monroe Township, Montgomery Township, Mansfield Township, West Windsor, Cranbury, Plainsboro, Princeton, Jamesburg, Egg Harbor Township, Galloway Township and senior living in Burlington County.
“We have a few lots coming up locally, so call for more information,” Kirkenir noted. Kirkenir and Crowley started Alliance Homes in 1997 after many years working for a large builder. They created the company so they could provide excellent design, the latest technology and materials, and custom service by highly skilled craftspersons. Between them, they bring more than 50 years of experience in construction, marketing, and finance to the business.
“Two things we don’t do: additions and renovations,” Kirkenir said. “We build houses. That’s our specialty.”
