Pretty Brook House, as the property is known, was built in 1928 and was most recently listed for sale at $14.8 million. The 9,652-square-foot home has six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms. The grounds also include a tennis court, swimming pool, caretaker’s apartment, multiple garages, and a greenhouse.
The home will be sold to the highest bidder at the live auction, conducted by New York-based Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty. Previews are daily from 1 to 4 p.m.
Callaway Henderson and Concierge previously collaborated on the auction last November of the Tusculum estate on Cherry Hill Road. That property sold for $5.5 million.
