Windsor Crossing, an 80,000-square-foot retail shopping center at Route 130/33 in East Windsor, has been sold to private shopping center operator East Windsor Crossing LLC for $14.5 million. Manhattan-based Massey Knakal Realty Services had listed the property for sale at $15.5 million on behalf of investment group Windsor Crossing West. Brad Nathanson and Christopher Munley of Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia real estate office represented both parties in the transaction.

Windsor Crossing was built in 2008 and is home to a 110,000-square-foot Home Depot and a 142,000-square-foot Walmart, plus smaller, boutique stores such as Gold’s Gym and the Patidar grocery store.
