Warehouse Proposed for Hamilton Lot

Hamilton Township officials said developers have applied for a permit to build a 340,000 square-foot warehouse distribution facility and office building on a 33-acre parcel of land at Kuser and Klockner roads for a “future Fortune 500 tenant.”

Applicants IPT 7A CD LLC and Genesis Acres LLC are scheduled to present the proposal at a Hamilton Township Planning Board meeting on Thursday, November 12.

“When our community receives two significant applications for major projects in a relatively short time span, I think it highlights how attractive and vibrant our local economy continues to be,” said Mayor Kelly Yaede in a press release. “With one recently announced application that would house a major Fortune 500 company’s distribution center and a second application could potential be built to suit for another prominent company, I think it illustrates that Hamilton is a place that businesses want to call home.”
