The learning and development industry is changing constantly, and practitioners will have a chance at an upcoming event to hear about those changes from some of the leading lights of the business.

Dr. Douglas Clayton, senior vice president of talent management, learning, and development for SES, a provider of satellite services. Clayton has been featured in U.S. 1 (December 6, 2017) for his innovative use of video for training the firm’s 2,100 employees. He has made several corporate training videos that take the form of film parodies of movies like “The Godfather,” “James Bond,” “Star Trek,” and “Mission Impossible.”
Dr. Judy McHugh, consultant. McHugh has more than 25 years in talent management, learning, leadership, and organizational development, higher education, and capital consulting. She is an expert in assessment, coaching, and the design and delivery of corporate educational programs.
Serene Wang, CEO of EliteLink Education, a Chinese education technology company. Wang is known as an entrepreneur, curriculum developer, media influencer, and writer. Her company specializes in helping Chinese students learn English and prepare for tests and for study abroad programs.
Jhan Doughty, executive director of learning and talent development at ETS. Doughty is responsible for the strategic direction of the organizational design, learning, change management, and talent development at the 3,500 staff member nonprofit organization.
Marc Hulin, executive director of veterinary sciences at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Hulin is also an institutional official for the company and serves as a member of the AAALAC, an animal research accreditation organization.
