The nonprofit is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families living with mental illness.

This year’s conference, themed “Healing, Hope, and Action: Advancing Mental Health Together,” brings together professionals, thought leaders, and experts from diverse fields.

The organization seeks speakers whose talks would address the following topics:

• Advocacy systems and change

• Youth and families

• Clinical and treatment innovations

• Spirituality and wellness

• NAMI programs and lived experience

To be considered as a speaker, use NAMI NJ’s online portal to submit a brief biography highlighting your relevant experience; a brief summary of your proposed presentation; and any supporting materials (e.g., previous speaking engagements, publications).

An expert review committee will evaluate all submissions based on relevance, originality, and potential impact. Accepted speakers will be notified by Monday, April 6.

The deadline for prospective speakers to submit proposals is Tuesday, March 17, at 11:59 p.m. For questions or inquiries, contact events@naminj.org.
