Adults who are seeking to become familiar with the internet and using email are invited to register for Internet and Email Basics, a six-week series beginning Wednesday, July 20, at Princeton Public Library.
The classes will be held in the library’s Technology Center from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, July 20 and 27; and August 3, 10, 17, and 24. Registration is required through the events calendar at princetonlibrary.org and is limited.
Topics that will be covered in the series include using email, creating accounts online, creating documents, and communicating with friends and family online.
The series is part of the library’s participation in the New Jersey Library Association’s Access Navigator Program. The program provides skilled trainers to those who are seeking employment, job training or digital competence. Princeton Public Library is among 12 public libraries in New Jersey chosen to participate in the program.
