Ware Malcomb, an international design firm, is opening a new office location at 205 Rockingham Row in Princeton Forrestal Village, headed by veteran interior designer Marlyn Zucosky, right, previously director of interior design at JZA+D at 20 Nassau Street. It is the firm’s second New Jersey location, joining Woodbridge, and is the company’s 21st office overall.

Zucosky will be director of interior architecture and design. Ware Malcomb principal Michael Bennett is responsible for overall growth and management of the firm’s New Jersey and Miami offices.

“Marlyn is well-respected within our industry and within the Princeton market, where she will continue to serve local clients,” Bennett said. “In addition, Marlyn will be focused on growing Ware Malcomb’s interiors presence in New Jersey and beyond by leveraging her many national and regional client relationships into other markets. Having had the opportunity to work with Marlyn in the past on joint venture projects, I know she will bring tremendous value to our team.”

A graduate of the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Zucosky has more than 25 years of experience in commercial office, education, hospitality, retail, and residential interiors.

In addition to involvement in various architecture groups, she serves as a board member of the Arts Council of Princeton and is active with the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Princeton Symphony Orchestra.
