NAIOP Award Nominees Sought

Nominations are now open for the NAIOP New Jersey’s Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards, to be presented in May.

Awards will be presented in the following categories:

The Impact Awards. These recognize up to three firms or individuals, at least one of which is a member of the New Jersey Chapter, that have had a significant effect on New Jersey’s commercial and industrial real estate development industry. These awards honor successful and distinguished industry trendsetters, such as market makers and innovators, and criteria include service to the industry and community, professionalism and integrity, and overall effect on the commercial and industrial real estate industry.

The Lifetime Achievement Award. This recognizes an individual who has had a distinguished and long-standing record of service to the industry and community, as well as significant personal accomplishments.

The Industry Service Award. This recognizes a firm, individual, or entity that has made a substantial contribution (such as time, resources and/or services) to the commercial and industrial real estate industry in support of the industry’s goals.
