NAI Fennelly, the Hamilton-based commercial real estate firm, announced in late December that it has rebranded as Fennelly Associates.

“Looking ahead toward our organization’s next chapter, we recognized a tremendous opportunity to harness our independent and entrepreneurial spirit to create a real estate services company that more closely aligns with the needs of not only the businesses of today but also the businesses of tomorrow,” said Jerry Fennelly, president of Fennelly Associates. “We look forward to working closely with each of our clients to continue to deliver an unmatched end-to-end commercial real estate experience locally, regionally and nationally.”

Since 1986, Jerry Fennelly and his team have served as real estate solutions providers for a diverse slate of companies ranging from local businesses to institutional real estate investors. The company’s success has been built upon a strategic and data-driven approach that helps every client, no matter how large or small, capitalize on untapped opportunities in the competitive New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.

As Fennelly Associates, the company will build upon its track record of success to further bolster its full range of commercial real estate services including site search and selection, industrial sales and leasing, office sales and leasing, corporate land sales, property disposition, and property management.

In addition, Fennelly Associates will continue to identify opportunities to harness its proprietary market research and novel applications of the latest real estate technologies to create innovative real estate solutions that consistently deliver value for its clients.
