ML7 Buys Bank of America Building

Real estate firm ML7 expanded its holdings in Princeton by purchasing a five-story structure at 90 Nassau Street that has the Bank of America on the ground floor.

Jeffrey Siegel’s ML7 company specializes in renovating and repurposing historic structures. The group owns older buildings in downtown Princeton including the former Lahiere’s building (now home to Agricola) on Witherspoon Street; retail spaces at 12-16 Witherspoon Street including Small World Coffee; and 14-20 South Tulane Street including the Princeton Record Exchange (U.S. 1, January 11, 2017).

The Bank of America building dates back to 1899. Other tenants of the building include The Burke Foundation, Rosemark Capital Group, and Sword, Rowe & Co. It was once the headquarters of Heartland Payment Systems. Siegel says the plan is to renovate vacant spaces in the building.

ML7 owns other buildings in the Route 1 corridor including the Windsor Center office building, two buildings in Forrestal Center, and an 1870s tannery in Yardley that has been converted to offices.
