Paul K. Wotton has resigned as president and CEO of Antares Pharma, a biotech firm based in Princeton South Corporate Center.
Wotton will become CEO of a development-stage biotech company, according to a press release. He is also resigning from the board of directors. Wotton joined Antares in 2008. The firm recently launched a self-injected treatment for severe arthritis. (U.S. 1, January 15.)
Eamonn P. Hobbs, an Antares board member since 2009, has taken over as CEO. He was previously president and CEO of New York-based Delcath Systems, a specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company focused on cancer treatment.
