The Bank of Princeton is purchasing five Beneficial Bank branches in Bordentown, Browns Mills, Chesterfield, Deptford, and Sicklerville. These branches are former WSFS Bank branches that Beneficial is now offloading following the 2018 merger of the two banks.
The purchase has yet to be approved by regulators.

Richard Erkoboni, 60, on February 1. He worked at the family business, Cedar Motors, in Hamilton for many years. He later ran his own pool installation and repair business. Services will be held on Thursday, February 7, at 11 a.m. at the Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel, 1799 Klockner Road, in Hamilton.
Timothy Joseph Martin, 42, on January 26. He was employed by MBI, a Trenton-based government affairs and association management firm, cofounded by his father. Services will be Saturday, February 9, at Morrisville Presbyterian Church, 771 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Morrisville, Pennsylvania.
Jacqueline Shargo McCormack, 75, on February 1. She managed the office and designed packaging for Trenton Corrugated Products.
