Innio Group, an international provider of energy solutions and services, has agreed to lease office space at 840 Nottingham Way in Hamilton, according to CRP Development LLC, an industrial real estate development firm based in Edison.

Innio Group, based in Jensbach, Austria, says it intends to create over 200 jobs within the next three to five years.

The deal, arranged by Commercial Realty Partners and CBRE, marks a key milestone for both parties and reinforces CRP’s commitment to bringing innovative projects to New Jersey.

Innio Group selected the space for its packaging and assembly operations of Jenbacher engine-based technology. This choice was based on the building’s key features, such as 60-foot ceilings and heavy power and cranes, supporting Innio’s goal to establish a presence in New Jersey.
