Wen C. Fong, 88, on October 3. A Princeton professor, he was a renowned scholar who helped the Metropolitan Museum of Art build one of the world’s most comprehensive collections of Asian art. In the 1950s he established the nation’s first doctoral degree program in Chinese art and archaeology.

Robert A. Lang, 99, on October 15. He was a businessman in Mercer County who founded Bob Lang Appliances, which began in Hamilton and is now located in Newtown, Pennsylvania, and Lang’s Ski’n Scuba which has locations in Ewing and Newtown.

Peter J. Wojtowicz, 87, on October 13. He was a physicist with a doctorate from Yale who worked at RCA-David Sarnoff Research Lab and was granted several patents.
