Accurant Biotech, a provider of biological analysis services for global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, has signed a 10-year lease for 26,566 square feet at 500 College Road East.
The company, which currently has a location on Prospect Plains Road in Cranbury as well as in Shanghai and Ningbo, China, is expected to take occupancy of its new space in August. Al Toto of Commercial Property Network represented the tenant, and the building was represented by Vinny Dimeglio and Erin Moran of JLL in the lease transaction. Bergman Realty of Islen, New Jersey, owns the property.
Accurant’s services include preparation of large molecule bioanalysis assay development and validation of bioanalytical methodology and sample analysis in compliance with good laboratory practice (GLP) regulations.
