Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey has given $250,000 to the University Medical Center at Princeton for “achieving a high standard of patient care and safety.” The award was based on a survey administered yearly by the Leapfrog Group, a Washington, D.C.-based coalition that focuses on healthcare safety, affordability, and quality.
