An international firm headquartered in Roxborough, Massachusetts, ZRG specializes in consulting and advisory services for executive clients. The firm also provides personnel services in Latin America and Europe.
Leaving Town

Morphochem, a Munich-based pharmaceutical research and development firm founded in 1997 and operated locally by Joann Lingying, has left its offices in South Brunswick.
In 2005 Morphochem, formerly Small Molecule Therapeutics, was acquired by Vienna-based Biovartis, a privately-held biotechnology company that discovers and develops novel classes of small molecule antibiotics to overcome bacterial resistance mechanisms.
The firm continued to operate in the Princeton Corporate Plaza until earlier this month. The firm’s offices here are empty, and its phone has been disconnected.

VO Capital, an investment firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, appears to have left its offices on Overlook Drive.
The company’s website is down, its offices are vacant, and its phone no longer connects. There is no further information.

ECM Maritime Services has left its offices on Independence Way.
A leading authority on maritime regulatory consulting, compliance, emergency preparedness and response management services, the firm no longer operates in New Jersey. According to the company, the Princeton office’s 10 employees were “placed other places.”
ECM was founded in 1990, shortly after the Exxon Valdez spill in Alaska. It was the first company to be founded after Congress passed the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. The firm opened its Princeton office in 2006, already armed with a cadre of major clients, including the U.S. Coast Guard, Chevron Texaco, Exxon Mobil, and Keystone Shipping.
No reason was given for the closing.
The firm is headquartered in Connecticut and still operates offices in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Texas, California, Europe, and Japan.
