The properties include income producing retail, contractor locations, offices, bank sites, light industrial, and multi-family residential throughout central New Jersey, and are expected to each have starting bids of $90,000.

The properties include:

415 Mercer Street, Hightstown. This is an industrial service building sitting on 7.74 acres, zoned highway commercial. The 20,337-square-foot building has a warehouse, office, storage, and a nine bay, truck service center. A separate bank building is ready to rent.

1381 Route 130, Robbinsville. A high-visibility location on Route 130, the property is zoned highway commercial. The 7,225-square-foot building features six drive-in bays and is currently leased to two tenants.

19 Woodside Road, Robbinsville. Two industrial service buildings sit on 4.2 acres. The property, which is currently leased, is approved for auto body, tractor supply and repair, or a used car dealership. Minimum bid is $450,000.
