The New Jersey Health Initiatives, the statewide grantmaking program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is looking for a new generation of community leaders.
RWJF says the focus of this initiative is to build upon the strengths of youth, inspiring them to become civically engaged while working toward meaningful change building healthier communities throughout the state.
Organizations interested in applying for funding can attend one of NJHI’s upcoming face-to-face information sessions on November 28 or 29 in Princeton, Mays Landing, and Cranford. The funding consists of three-year, $200,000 grants.
The Princeton session will be held Monday, November 28, from 10 a.m. to noon at RWJF at Route 1 and College Road East. For more information, visit www.njhi.org.
The NJHI was established in 1987 and makes grants across the state with the aim of building healthier communities.
