Cherry Valley Home Up for Auction

Another large home in Princeton will be sold via auction. A 6,700-square foot house at 502 Cherry Valley Road, above, completed in 2012 by builder Merrick Wilson, will be auctioned Sunday, March 16, at the Windsor Athletic Club at 99 Clarksville Road in West Windsor.

The house, which features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, is located on a 1.38-acre lot adjoining five acres of wooded preserve. Originally listed at $2.5 million, it will be sold subject to a minimum bid of $1.2 million by Madison Hawk, a national real estate firm.
