The Alzheimer’s Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter, is seeking support group facilitators to help provide emotional, social, and/or educational support to Alzheimer’s Caregiver Supports Groups. A training session will be held Tuesday, July 30, at the Hopewell Library, 245 Pennington-Titusville Road, at 6:30 p.m. Register at www.mcl.org.

The Trenton Area Soup Kitchen is hosting a volunteer information session Wednesday, July 10, at the Hickory Corner Library, 138 Hickory Corner Road, East Windsor, at 10 a.m. Participants can learn about how TASK serves people in the area and what volunteers can do. Register at www.mcl.org.

Call for Nominations

The Lawrence Township Growth and Redevelopment Committee is accepting nominations for its annual Economic Developments Awards ceremony. Nominations are sought for eight different categories: the Mayor’s Award for Economic or Community Development, New Large Business, New Small Business, Business Service, Residential Property, New Building/Renovation, Historic Preservation, and Environmentally Sustainable Practices.
