Mercer County Cultural Festival, Food Truck Rally Returns June 6

Mercer County will celebrate the region’s diverse cultures, music and cuisine during the 14th Annual Cultural Festival and Food Truck Rally on Saturday, June 6, at Mercer County Park in West Windsor.

The free event will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will feature live cultural music and dance performances, along with a large lineup of food trucks and vendors representing a variety of international cuisines.

Scheduled musical performances include Five Strings Bollywood Band at 12:45 p.m., The Broken Shillelaghs at 2:30 p.m. and David Cedeno & The Salsa Orchestra at 4:15 p.m.

Dance performances throughout the day will feature the Polish Janosik Dancers, Greek Hellenic Dance Troupe, Conjunto Folklorico Ritmo y Danzas de Panama, Universal African Dance & Drum Ensemble, Hea Sun Jung Traditional Arts Academy’s Korean fan and sword dance, Gruppo Folklorico San Jose de Newark’s Ecuadorian dance presentation and the Paradise Island Polynesian/Hawaiian Luau Show.

Food vendors scheduled to participate include Amanda’s Latin Cuisine, Black Perle Haitian Cuisine, Buzzetta’s Festival Foods, Cha-Yen, Chef J’s Latin Dragon, Coastal Flavors, Dan’s Waffles and Divine Heavenly Food.

Additional vendors will include Dragon Bowl LLC, Frank’s Italian Ices, Fresh Kitchen, Harry’s Lil Kitchen, Hot Digg Dogs, Jersey Pickles, K.K. Sweets and Los Munchies.

The festival also will feature Ma & Pa Tex-Mex BBQ, Mamma Rosa’s, Mazza Fine Foods, Mister Softee, Pop Fizz Craft Sodas, Rolling Kusina, Scrumps & Yum Yum, Shabazz Fish & Chips, Soul Bruthas, Squeeze & Bean Co., Stevie’s Devlin, The Little Sicilian, The Sweet Stop and Tript Food.
