Given all the news out of Washington, a little humor goes a long way, especially when it comes direct from D.C., in the form of the Capitol Steps singing group. They headlined the benefit for the Princeton Senior Resource Center (PSRC), which serves older adults and family caregivers in the greater Princeton area.

PSRC is not only the “go-to place” for older adults and family caregivers to find information, education, and support for aging in place and making life transitions. It’s also a dynamic place where people participate in activities that promote healthy aging, and a wide range of fitness, education, and enrichment programs.

And, as U.S. 1’s party crashers discovered, the senior center’s boosters ranged from middle schoolers to middle-aged and beyond — all making the point that some fresh humor never gets old.
