Princeton YWCA Celebrates 40th Tribute to Women

Every year for the past four decades, the YWCA Princeton has honored women who exemplify the nonprofit’s mission to empower women, eliminate racism, and promote peace, justice, and freedom through their careers and volunteer work.

This year, the 40th for the Tribute to Women Awards, the Y will recognize four women who are making waves in Mercer County. The celebration takes place Friday, March 1, at 6 p.m. at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal on College Road East. Tickets are $250. This year’s honorees are:

Elizabeth Koehler is a managing director and head of advisor engagement for BlackRock’s US Wealth Advisory business with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She leads a team that develops innovative tools, industry insights, educational programs, bespoke study groups, and strategic business consulting to help financial professionals enhance efficiency, build portfolios to meet client goals and reimagine the client experience.

She is also the global co-head of BlackRock’s Women’s Initiative Networ and chair of the board for the nonprofit Arm-in-Arm.

Koehler’s previous roles were in product management, business development, and strategy for BlackRock’s Multi-Asset Solutions and Models within US Wealth Advisory and as head of USWA Product Marketing. She joined the firm in 2003 as a member of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers’ Channel Marketing & Strategy team.

She earned a bachelor’s of science in business from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in applied positive psychology.

Kim McNear is the executive director of Anchor House Inc., a Trenton-based nonprofit that offers “safe housing, crisis intervention, community outreach, and supportive services to youth and young adults ages 12 to 24 who have runaway, are at risk of, or experiencing homelessness, neglect, or abuse,” according to its website.

She started her career as an intern at Anchor House in 1991 and has served as executive director for the past 15 years. She has previously worked for Millhill Child and Family Development Center as senior family coordinator and for LifeTies Inc. as director of residential services.

McNear is a graduate of Temple and Rutgers universities and holds a master of social work degree. In addition to her work for Anchor House, she serves as co-chair for the Trenton Social Impact Group and is on the boards of Nonprofit Connect, Lawrence Township Education Foundation, and embrella.

Isabelle Lambotte is the president and cofounder of Share My Meals, a Princeton-based non-profit organization that addresses food insecurity and reduces the environmental impact of food waste by recovering and delivering healthy meals.

Lambotte’s background is in science and business. She holds a Pharmacy degree and MBA from UCL Belgium and worked for more than 10 years at Abbot Laboratories. She moved to Princeton with her family in 2007.

Lisa Skeete Tatum is founder and CEO of Landit, a personalized executive coaching and career pathing technology platform created to increase the success of women and diverse groups in the workplace. The platform offers a turn-key “one size fits one” solution that enables companies to attract, develop, and retain their talent.

Previously, Tatum spent more than 10 years as a general partner with Cardinal Partners, an early-stage healthcare venture capital firm. She also worked for Procter & Gamble.

She also serves on the boards of Stryker Corporation, World 50, Union Square Hospitality Group, Cornell University Board of Trustees, McCarter Theater, The Lawrenceville School, and the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors.

Tatum received her bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Cornell University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
