Subha Barry has dedicated her career to the notion that embracing diversity and inclusion can drive innovation, so it’s fitting that she is the headliner at an event that’s all about women as agents of change.

Barry, a New Hope resident, is the president of Working Mother Media. Her responsibilities include overseeing Working Mother magazine and WorkingMother.com; Diversity Best Practices, a corporate membership organization supporting diversity and inclusion; Culture@Work, a consultancy; a research institute; and the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).
She was previously senior vice president and chief diversity officer at Freddie Mac and spent 20 years at Merrill Lynch, where she became managing director and global head of diversity and inclusion. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bombay University and an MBA and master’s in accounting from Rice University.

Maryella Gockel, flexibility strategy leader for EY Americas, a provider of assurance, advisory, tax, and transaction advisory services. She holds an MBA from Rutgers.
Gerard P. Norton, managing partner of the law firm Fox Rothschild in Lawrenceville and chair of the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice group. He holds bachelor’s and law degrees from Fordham University and a PhD in microbiology, virology, and immunology from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Natasha Velikoselskiy, the enterprise accelerated development leader at Johnson & Johnson, responsible for generating a diverse talent pool and leadership pipeline. She holds a master’s in organizational psychology and change management from Columbia University.
Deborah Munster, the executive director of Diversity Best Practices, will serve as moderator.
