The keynote speaker will be Jeffrey Otteau, president of the Matawan-based Otteau Valuation Group, which specializes in real estate market analysis.

Henderson, broker of record of Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty; and Dolores R. Kelley, an attorney in the business and corporate, real estate, zoning and land use, and beer and spirits groups of Lenox Drive-based law firm Stark & Stark.
