Nestled just off Route 1 in the heart of Forrestal Village is Salt Creek Grille, Princeton. Established in 2006, our popular Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired craftsman building has been a signature location for New Jersey locals and traveling business men and women alike. Together, operating partner Hugh Preece and executive chef Fabian Quiros invite you to experience for yourself all that is Salt Creek Grille! Signature mesquite grilled menu items paired with gracious, friendly service in a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Putting a creative spin on traditional American favorites, Salt Creek Grille offers sophisticated fare in a casual upscale setting. Simple, flavorful dishes emphasize the freshness and quality of the ingredients, with food made from scratch. Executive chef Quiros oversees the restaurant’s open, exhibition-style kitchen, featuring a natural mesquite wood grill that adds a subtle, savory flavor to chops, aged steaks, chicken, market-fresh seafood, grilled vegetables, and more.

Salt Creek Grille offers a selection of charming private rooms available for your business or social events. Enjoy your own, personalized event menus with our famous mesquite grilled cuisine! Relax with our on-site professional event coordinator to execute your event requests with gracious and friendly service.
