Educational Testing Service has opened a new 105,000-square-foot building on its Rosedale campus, dedicating it in honor of Kurt M. Landgraf, who was president of ETS until last year.

Landgraf Hall features a mixture of formal, informal, and private space in an open floor plan. In keeping with ETS’ mission to minimize impact on the environment, the new building will be given LEED certification by the Green Building Council.

Companies involved in the project include Spiezle Architecture Group; Torcon Construction Management; civil engineers Van Note-Harvey Associates; lawyers Pepper Hamilton LLP; and project manager Jones Lang LaSalle.
