New Day Underwriting Managers has moved from Bordentown to 2465 Kuser Road. The company, which sells construction-related and environmental liability insurance, said it expanded into its new 5,500 square-foot headquarters in April because of a 35 percent increase in revenue and staff over the previous year.
The company, founded in 2005, employs 19 people.

Independent Traveler, Inc., a subsidiary of TripAdvisor, has leased office space at the Princeton South Corporate Center off I-95 in Ewing Township.
The travel website company has leased 16,000 square feet of office space, according to leasing agents Mercer Oak Realty. The site is currently headquartered on Tree Farm Road in Pennington.
Kathleen Tucker, president of the Independent Traveler, said the location is close to the company’s current offices, right off of 1-95. “As an expanding online publisher, future expansion possibilities and the ability to customize our new space were important considerations,” she said.

Datacolor, a Princess Road-based color management company, has bought Italian paint company Media Logic SNC. Media Logic, a seven-person company headquartered in Reggio Emilia, makes software that controls machines in paint factories. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Death
Elizabeth “Lisa” McGraw Webster, 88, June 28 at her home in Sun Valley, Idaho. Formerly a longtime resident of Princeton, Webster was a benefactor of figure skating programs and of many national, international, and Olympic medal winning skaters. She was the subject of two cover stories in U.S. 1. One, which was published on May 19, 1993, described her divorce case in which an estimated estate of $125 million was contested. The other, published January 30, 2013, focused on concerns held by her son, Curtis Webster, that his two half sisters may have “granny snatched” their mother.
A memorial service will be held at Nassau Presbyterian Church in Princeton on Saturday, July 26, at 11 a.m.
