Keller Property Management (KPM) provides full-service property management services that are customized to fit the particular needs of each of our clients. For more than 25 years KPM has been servicing the Princeton area for institutional owners as well as private investment partnerships. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality services in order to maintain the value of our clients’ assets and the satisfaction and retention of our clients’ tenants.

We have invested significant resources to retain talented and dedicated personnel and to utilize institutional-grade property management systems.

Currently KPM manages more than 750,000 square feet of mixed-use properties in the Princeton area for small partnerships, large corporations, and major institutions. Our responsibilities vary from building to building and are customized for each owner based on their specific needs.

Our services include:

• Lease administration and negotiations;

• Financial and administrative operations (budgeting, accounting, rent collection);

• Insurance review, analysis, and solutions; and

• On-site property maintenance and preventative maintenance.
