E-Aspire IT, an information technology and placement firm, has moved from Route 1 North to a new office in Cranbury. The company has expanded, hired 10 new employees, and taken a lease in the former Aetna building, where LamCloud Technologies has opened an office space/business continuity/general IT business. Other tenants now in the 490,000-square-foot space include Reliable Office, a maker of copiers and fax machines; patent company Freyr; IT immigration company CloudRay; and IT companies Samsone and American Infosystems.

IXP Corporation, a public safety and emergency response provider, has finished moving its headquarters to Princeton Forrestal Village. IXP now occupies more than 5,500 square feet at 103 Main Street. The firm previously was based on South River Road in Cranbury.
During the past four years, IXP has added nearly 100 new positions and by the end of 2013 will have more than 140 employees. Revenues also have increased 50 percent since January, 2012.
In addition to law enforcement and municipalities, IXP supports utility companies, colleges and universities, hospitals, and corporations. One of IXP’s recent projects was the privatization of the 911 Emergency Call Center in Lawrence.
The tenant representatives in the IXP move were Carolyn Sica and Adam Englander of CBRE.

PeriGen, an obstetrics information technology company, has moved from Alexander Park to an office on Prospect Plains Road in Cranbury. The move follows a year for the company in which it raised $6 million in investment, recorded all-time high bookings, and expanded its senior management team.

New Jersey Analytical Laboratories has made its fourth move since it was founded in 1999, relocating to Scotch Road in Ewing from its former Reed Road location.
The company has recently purchased several smaller independent labs and needed more space. It has bought Rocky Hill-based International Hydronics and is in the process of purchasing several more.
Analytical Laboratories is also expanding its offerings, adding food testing and other services to its environmental testing business.

Shelley M. Zeiger, 78, on November 10. Zeiger, an entrepreneur with business connections in the former Soviet Union, helped form a sister-city agreement between Trenton and the central district of Moscow. He was also instrumental in developing the Lafayette Yard Hotel in the capital city.
