The New Jersey office is run by Frank Peake, who became ASG’s vice president of strategic planning and business development in April. Prior to this he served as president of Sea Star Line and also held various roles with Sea-Land/ CSX/Horizon Lines from 1989 to 2003.
Peake earned his bachelor’s in accounting from Rutgers and an MBA from Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina.

New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust, an independent state authority that provides financing for drinking water, wastewater, and water quality improvement projects, has named Princeton financier David Zimmer as its executive director.
Zimmer, who operated his own financial firm, Princeton Structured Finance Analytics Group, will replace Maryclaire D’Andrea, who had been acting executive director since April.
Zimmer, a graduate of Notre Dame University, built his career in asset finance, risk management, investment banking, capital markets and fixed-income trading.
Before serving as managing partner of Princeton Structured Finance Analytics Group he was executive vice president of marketing for Exigen Mortgage Asset Management in Dallas; executive vice president for asset and risk management for People’s Choice Loan in Princeton; and held various other executive-level positions at firms in Philadelphia and New York.
Created in 1986, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust offers interest-free loans toward projects that promote smart growth and incorporate green design.
Much of its work focuses on financing wastewater treatment collection and treatment system upgrades, water treatment and distribution improvements, and stormwater collection system improvements.

Dow Jones, publishers of the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s, will build one of the largest solar arrays on a single commercial site in the U.S. at its South Brunswick corporate offices.
The publisher wants to build solar car ports by installing 13,000 elevated solar panels on 230,000 square feet in the complex’s parking lot. The set-up is designed to provide 15 percent of the building’s power supplies and shade for parked cars.
The project is part of a larger, 555-kilowatt rooftop array that is expected to be in place in April and generate 4.1 megawatts of power.
