Princeton Fitness & Wellness at Plainsboro offers a personalized approach to fitness and wellness by providing each member with quarterly health risk and fitness assessments as well as personalized training programs, all included in the user-friendly month-to-month memberships. By having built-in follow-ups with the Center’s nurses and trainers it allows every member to attain results safely and effectively. The Center strives to integrate clinical excellence as well as fun into your conditioning and wellness programs. To this end, there are always classes and seminars that target a myriad of topics such as nutrition, stress management, CPR training, Water Safety Certifications, and FitKids youth programming.

The Center offers three salt-water filtered pools consisting of a Junior Olympic-size lap pool, spa pool, and therapy pool. Also there are full amenity locker rooms with a sauna and steam room, Pilates reformer studio, and fully equipped fitness floor outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment including treadmills ellipticals, laterals, seated ellipticals, StepMills upright and recumbent bikes, NuSteps’, rowers, Jacobs Ladder, strength and toning circuits, and a comprehensive sports performance functional training zone inclusive of Synergy Functional Training, speed track, TRX, Kettlebells, and much more.

All of the group fitness instructors and personal trainers at the PF&WP are nationally certified. There are a large variety of classes each week to choose from, as well as complimentary childcare available onsite for all members.

Classes are also available for every age and fitness level, including a variety of popular Les Mills classes like BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYFLOW, and CXWORX. If you like dancing you can pick options like ZUMBA or Aqua Zumba, both inspired by Latin Dance moves. You can release stress and balance your body by experiencing all levels of yoga, tai chi, low impact aerobics and Pilates, or you can pick up the pace and intensity with Cycle, Boxing, or Kickboxing.

The facility is slated to open to the public on Friday, March 22, at 5 a.m. for workouts.
