Singles Scene

singles groups in the area, attracts ages 30-plus. Speakers lead the

evening with non-sectarian discussion (topics range from "Club

Med" to "being single"). DJ dancing and refreshments.

Meets every Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Church, Cherry Hill

Central Jersey Tall Friends Club, 908-534-6057, chapter

(140 people) of an international social club that dates back to the

1930s. Men must be at least 6-foot-2 and women at least 5-foot-10.

Tall Friends, 99 percent of whom are single, meet once a month.

a month at fine restaurants. Mates are grouped together according

at restaurants in Mercer and Bucks counties. There are no dues or

The Learning Studio, 1-87-STUDIO-EZ, billed as the

club for your head," this venue, popular with singles, is located

in Langhorne and is coming to Princeton in January. Instructors on

the national circuit teach everything from scuba diving to "Using

the Internet to Find Your Soul Mate" to "Guerrilla Dating
