Putting a creative spin on traditional American favorites, Salt Creek Grille offers sophisticated fare in a casual upscale setting. Simple, flavorful dishes emphasize the freshness and quality of the ingredients, with food made from scratch, on-site. Executive Chef Fabian Quiros oversees the restaurant’s open, exhibition-style kitchen, featuring a natural mesquite wood grill that adds a subtle, savory flavor to chops, aged steaks, chicken, market-fresh seafood, grilled vegetables, and more.
Chef Fabian Quiros has been a part of the Salt Creek Grille family for more than a decade and found his passion for cooking as a youth, working in the kitchens of his family’s restaurant and mother’s bakery in his native Costa Rica. His cooking style is modern American, with influences from his global background. Today, Chef Fabian is the driving force behind many of Salt Creek Grille Princeton’s creative dishes and specials, and also spearheads the restaurant’s successful wine dinners.
Taking a page from those popular wine events, Salt Creek Grille will offer a new kind of tasting dinner on Thursday, May 8, at 6:30 p.m.: the highly anticipated Scotch dinner pairing. Hosting the event is one of the top recognized whiskey experts in the United States, Jeffrey Karlovitch, CEO of the Americas and Blender for the Lost Distillery Company.
His private collection is north of 4,800 bottles of Scotch Whiskey. He is also one of the youngest ever inducted as a Keeper of the Quaich for his significant contributions to the Scotch Whiskey industry. Dinner is $69.95 per person and features Scotch from around the world paired with delectable cuisine such as Citrus Tempura Shrimp Chowder, Brined & Fried Pork, and more.
Salt Creek Grille also features a host of specials all week long, including half-price wines by the bottle on Mondays, half-price draft beer on Tuesdays, half-price wines by the glass on Wednesdays, and half-price martinis on Thursdays.
To receive all of the Salt Creek Grille special promotions and discounts, diners can also join the Salt Creek Grille Club.
