Ewing: New HQ in Olden Avenue Redevelopment Zone
The vacant 4,500± square foot property at 1608 Fifth Street that once housed Mercer Oxygen & Supply Co. will now serve as the new headquarters of Pro-Deck Supply. Jonah Pascucci and Raymond Helmich of Richardson Commercial Realtors arranged the sale of the building on behalf of the owner, C&C Associates, and the buyers, Chad Mickley and Cindy Conboy.

“It’s great when a locally owned small business can pass the torch to the next generation of locally owned businesses,” said Jonah Pascucci. “Keeping a longtime operating business like Pro-Deck Supply in Ewing as a property owner and partner in the redevelopment along North Olden is a win-win. Mayor Steinmann, the Olden Avenue Redevelopment Agency and the Township as a whole work really well together to create an atmosphere that not only allows small businesses to compete but also grow.”
“Richardson Commercial went above and beyond our expectations and being first time commercial buyers, we were satisfied with the professional manner in which everything was handled,” said Conboy.
