Twenty-three years ago Princeton Orthopaedic Associates, P.A. was formed when Orthopaedic Associates of Princeton merged with Princeton Orthopaedic Group. Together they operate their state-of-the-art flagship office located at 325 Princeton Avenue in Princeton.
The practice has continued to flourish. Four more offices serving Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Bucks counties have been added to practice:
325 Princeton Avenue, Princeton, NJ 08540
727 State Road, Princeton, NJ 08540
11 Centre Drive, Jamesburg, NJ 08831
340 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ 08628
5 Plainsboro Road #490, Medical Arts Pavilion, Plainsboro, NJ 08536
The practice now includes 25 physicians, along with 14 physician assistants (PAs) and a nurse practitioner, making them one of the largest orthopaedic groups in the state. The physicians in the practice can treat all of your orthopaedic needs.
Princeton Orthopaedic Associates offices are fully equipped with digital x-ray, physical therapy (including aquatherapy), and MRI to fully diagnose and treat the entire spectrum of musculoskeletal disorders. They have implemented the most up-to-date electronic medical record system to further improve their ability to meet the needs of their patients. All of their offices are fully integrated, allowing them to share all digital imaging and electronic medical records between offices.
In addition to the 17 orthopaedic surgeons, there are also five physiatrists (physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians) who provide additional musculoskeletal treatment options including, but not limited to, cervical and lumbar injections, trigger-point injections, and EMG/NCV (nerve conduction) testing. Three podiatrists also provide comprehensive foot and ankle care for our patients.
Executive Director Rob Simpson adds: “when people have an orthopaedic problem, they come to us. Princeton Orthopaedic Associates provides the same quality of care right here in Princeton as you can receive in the big medical centers in New York City or Philadelphia, since the majority of our physicians trained in New York or Philadelphia. You do not have to go out of town in order to receive the best orthopaedic care.”
Their team includes 17 orthopaedic surgeons, who offer fellowship training in nearly all subspecialties of orthopaedics. They cover the Princeton Medical Center at Plainsboro Hospital and the hospitals of the Capital Health System. Please request one of their physicians in the emergency department.
