Artists and arts lovers were out in style at a most artful setting for the annual “Dining by Design” gala for the Arts Council of Princeton.

The venue was Grounds For Sculpture and the program included wearable paper fashion created by students in the ArtsExchange/Homefront program, inspired by the paper sculptures of artist Jae Ko, and a percussion performance presented by Community and Performing Arts students taught by David Eural, Rich Robinson, and Maria Evans.

The literati got into the act in the benefit auction. On the block were dinners with Pulitzer Prize winning poet Tracy K. Smith and with Lanny Jones, billed as “the father of celebrity culture” and the former editor of People Magazine.
