The New Jersey Communications, Advertising and Marketing Association is seeking work in print, radio, television, public relations, and social media to be considered for the organization’s ASTRA Awards. There is no limit to the number of entries a person or organization may submit. All work that is nominated must have appeared, aired, or was published for the first time between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016. Register for Camp
Registration is open for the 2017 Donovan-Milligan girls’ basketball camp, which runs the week of July 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Rider University. The camp is open to girls ages 7 to 13. The Princeton Symphony Orchestra and WWFM The Classical Network are collecting instruments to benefit the Trenton Community Music School. Through Friday, March 24, the orchestra — located at 575 Ewing Street, Princeton — and Studio B Bakery and Bistro — located at 439 South Broad Street, Trenton — will be accepting used classical instruments for children of the Trenton Community Music School. Princeton Center for Yoga & Health, located at 88 Orchard Road, Skillman, is hosting a Cardiac Yoga Certification Training program designed to educate and train yoga teachers and medical personnel to work with heart patients and their spouses in the area of stress management and yoga.
