Princeton YMCA offers “Livestrong,” a new 12-week cancer survivor program for adult cancer survivors in the transitional period between completing treatment and shifting to feeling physically and emotionally strong. The goal is to reduce side effects from therapy, prevent unwanted weight change, and improve energy levels and self-esteem.
