Artworks invites artists to create an art heart for STARS (South Trenton Area Residents’ Society) by decorating a wooden heart for the group’s inaugural Hearts and Stars silent auction, an event that supports the efforts to create a community garden in the neighborhood. The auction is at Artworks on Saturday, February 27, 6 to 9 p.m. There will also be a curated show, “Depictions of Trenton” featuring paintings, photographs, sculpture, poetry, and found objects with Trenton in the subject matter.
