American Legion Post 401 reminds war veterans that they may be eligible for a $250 property tax deduction on homes they own and occupy. Totally disabled war veterans or the unmarried surviving spouses of such veterans are granted a full property tax exemption. Forms must be filed by Thursday, October 1. Visit

Who’s Biggest Loser?

Princeton Adventure Boot Camps is holding a biggest loser contest to benefit the area fire department and emergency medical squad. Sign up for five-day fitness boot camp and $50 will be donated or three-day camp for $25. Register for the contest, $100; work out on your own; body fat test once a month.
