CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is seeking volunteer advocates who want to make a difference in the life of a foster child. CASA of Mercer County is a non-profit organization committed to speaking up in court for the best interests of abused and neglected children who have been removed from their homes. CASA’s trained community volunteers insure that services and assistance are made available while helping to move the child into a safe and permanent home. Howell Living Farm seeks parent volunteers to help the farm staff with spring visitation groups and other chores on the farm.
