McCarter Theater offers two winter classes. Dramapalooza: Journey Through Imagination is an interactive drama quest for parents and their children to experience together using imagination. For grades K to four with an adult. Saturday, January 12, from noon to 3 p.m. Adult and child $50, additional child, $20.

The Three-Day Play Weekend for students in grades four to seven, will be held Friday to Sunday, February 22, 23, and 24. $320. Students will create, rehearse, and perform their very own ten-minute plays, culminating in a Sunday afternoon performance. No previous experience necessary.

Audition

Fourth Wall Theater Company has auditions for "Angel Street," a Victorian thriller in three acts by Patrick Hamilton. Volunteer

CASA of Mercer County seeks volunteer advocates to speak up in court for the interests of abused and neglected children who have been removed from their homes. The organization provides 30 hours of training through both day and evening courses. Middlesex County College offers a new non-credit program in eldercare, beginning in February, targeted for young retirees, those looking for part-time work, and caregivers. The program includes 11 short courses focusing on medications, psychological and medical needs of the elderly, legal aspects of care, communication, and diseases affecting the elderly.
