Express Financial Mortgage Corporation has moved in to a new office building at 1 Executive Drive in Monomouth Junction.

The four-person mortgage company, owned by founder Anil Kumar, had been in a nearby office since 2007. Kumar said he hoped the new quarters would allow the company to expand.

Wall Street-based reinsurance firm Catastrophe Risk Exchange Inc. has hired Martin Robinson to be managing director of its European division, based in London.

Robinson previously worked at Chicago-based outsourcing firm Xchanging, and spent more than 20 years at Lloyd’s of London.

Rosetta, the American Metro Boulevard-based marketing firm, has hired Scott Sorokin as chief strategy officer, a newly created position. He also will serve on the agency’s executive committee.

Sorokin will be based in the agency’s New York office.

Sorokin has more than 25 years of experience as a strategist, advisor, and futurist for Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Rosetta, he was chief digital officer at Mindshare Worldwide/WPP and president at Carat/Aegis Media. Rosetta was founded in 1998 and was bought by Publicis Groupe in 2011.

Lee Gladden, an experienced hedge fund manager, has opened a new company called Witherspoon Asset Management that specializes in mutual funds made up of futures rather than of stocks and bonds. F-Squared Investments, an investment management company, has opened an office in the Princeton South business park.

There are currently 10 staffers on site, with the possibility to expand to 34. Two of F-Squared’s top executives work in the Ewing location: Joseph Miskel, managing director of institutional solutions, and co-founder Vadim Fishman, managing director and CTO.

The Newton, Massachusetts-based firm, founded in 2006, specializes in full market investing for institutions and retail clients.
