Edward Truscelli has been appointed as the new executive director of Princeton Community Housing effective July 16. He replaces Sandra Persichetti, who is retiring after 10 years. Princeton Community Housing, a non-profit organization in existence since 1967, provides, manages, and advocates for affordable housing in Princeton.
Truscelli previously served as vice president of planning and development for Springpoint Senior Living (formerly Presbyterian Homes and Services).
Before that he was an architect with Clarke Caton Hintz in Trenton where he worked toward the renovation of one of the former Roebling Wire Works buildings in Trenton for senior affordable housing. A graduate of Columbia University, he earned a master’s in architecture from the University of Virginia.

St. Francis Medical Center has opened an in-store healthcare clinic at Shop Rite in Ewing called St. Francis Careworks. The clinic is in the front of the store, located at 1750 North Olden Avenue.
The clinic — developed and operated by St. Francis — offers medical treatment for common illnesses such as sore throat, flu-like symptoms, respiratory infections, coughs, colds, and ear aches. The clinic has extended weekend and evening hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
John F. McCarthy, Jr., 90, died on June 22. A long-time Princeton attorney, in 1948 he joined the law firm founded by his father. The firm is now called Schatzman Baker, after McCarthy’s retirement in 2006. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, June 28, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Princeton University Chapel on Friday, June 29, at 10 a.m.
Lynn Moore Kincaid died on June 22. She worked for RCA’s Sarnoff Laboratory for seven years until the birth of her daughter.
Henry J. Jingoli Jr., 84, died peacefully on June 23. Jingoli was a principal with Joseph J. Jingoli & Sons on Lenox Drive for 38 years before retiring in 1976.
