The law firm Goldberg Segalla has expanded at its new office at 301 Carnegie Center, Suite 200. (U.S. 1, July 19, 2017.) The 20,000 square-foot office is home to 27 lawyers and their support staff, who recently moved from 902 Carnegie Center.
Partner David S. Osterman says the Princeton office has grown alongside the larger organization, which is headquartered in New York. “Since Goldberg Segalla’s founding partners first opened up shop in 2001, the firm’s growth has always been steady and methodical — adding only single lawyers or very small groups at a time, based on client needs or the opportunity to bring in the right combination of talent and personality,” he said.

Four companies have renewed leases or taken space at 600 and 650 College Road East, says commercial real estate broker Cushman & Wakefield.
Coface North America is the newest tenant. The global credit insurance organization leased 27,000 square feet to relocate its headquarters. JLL served as tenant broker in the long-term lease. (U.S. 1, January 18, 2018.)
“The move from nearby East Windsor to 650 College Road enables Coface North America to leverage the employee recruiting and retention benefits of a Princeton address in Forrestal Center,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand, who along with Paul Giannone, Kevin Carton, and Joe Vacca worked on the project. “In addition to this master-planned campus’ outdoor facilities, including walking and jogging trails, 600 and 650 College Road offers easy access to Route 1 and abundant amenities as well as downtown Princeton’s vibrancy. This neighborhood is a recognized go-to location for Fortune 1000 quality tenants, who enjoy access to the region’s affluence and deep white-collar labor pool.”
BT Americas (represented by Colliers International) re-committed to 8,000 square feet, and Hamilton & Company renewed for 6,000 square feet. Last year RCN renewed for 23,000 square feet.
The property’s ownership, TH Real Estate, an affiliate of Nuveen, TIAA’s investment management arm, is planning to renovate 600 and 650 College Road. The improvements will increase the outdoor patio areas, retrofit and expand the onsite cafes, and add a shared, town-hall style conference center. Common areas will be updated throughout the property.
