Tris Pharma, a biotech company that specializes in drugs for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), has named Paul Rogers as its new chief commercial officer to lead its brand business.
Rogers previously led commercialization efforts for Nexium, Crestor, Vyvanse, and Linzess.
“Paul has a unique perspective having launched and led several successful brands in different therapeutics categories,” said Ketan Mehta, CEO of Tris. “His track record of creating and developing high-performing, dedicated teams and bringing results in the most challenging situations is what Tris needs today.”

Sharon Clarke who until recently served as CCO, will transition to a newly created position of senior vice president, corporate development of pediatric business.
Tris’ products include chewable and strip dosage forms of medications so patients do not have to swallow a pill. The company’s Nobuse technology provides abuse deterrence for opioids and other abuse-prone drugs, by making pills in a form that release their medication slowly even if crushed and snorted or dissolved in alcohol.

Thomas Scrivo, chief counsel to Governor Chris Christie, is leaving the administration to return to private practice and become chairman of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. He is replacing former PSE&G president Al Koeppe, who died last year.
Scrivo, an experienced trial lawyer, is also founding a new law firm, O’Toole Scrivo, together with State Senator Kevin O’Toole and James DiGiulio, senior counsel to Christie, who is also stepping down.
Before joining the Christie administration in 2015, Scrivo was managing partner of the Newark office of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter. He is a graduate of Fairfield University and has a law degree from Seton Hall.

John F. Hagaman, 69, on March 6. He was a cardiologist with a practice in Princeton.
