#b#New Student Housing For TCNJ/Rider#/b#
The student housing development just opened on Parkside Avenue in Ewing is a far cry from traditional dorm rooms. The Point, which recently opened its model unit, consists of 50 two and three-bedroom apartments that will rent from $1,475 to $1,975 a month. Mercer Management and Development, owned by developer Chris Vernon, is building the site and plans to manage it for 10 years.
The luxury off-campus furnished apartments for TCNJ and Rider students, located at 1573 Parkside Avenue, feature hardwood floors, quartz countertops, washers and dryers, and other amenities.
The development is expected house up to 125 students and is scheduled to be completed by June.
